With a system that is based upon fulfilling customer desires, training is relativey easy and support comes mainly in the form of marketing and resources for franchisees.
We have developed a state-of-the-art on-line resource centre that provide all the information that a franchisee needs. From manuals and memos, to recipes, marketing tools and helpful videos, this DRUXY'S Operations Centre (DOC) combines everything a franchisee could need into an easy to use, and easy to access on-line resource centre. And if the answer is not there, DOC gives franchisees a simple communication tool to converse directly with our field support and head offce personnel.
Consistent with our Operating System, we believe that franchisees should have the freedom to grow, experiment and thrive through their own strengths, provided they stay within the guidelines of the DRUXY'S System. If you have questions our field support personnel are avaiable either through email, phone or personal visit. If you have a new idea that you would like to try, our field support personnel can discuss the idea with you. All new ideas require approval from field personnel before implementation to ensure consistency in the DRUXY'S between restaurants. Ideas may be approved, discussed and revamped or sent to Head Office for thorough testing before implementation at a franchise restaurant. While we look to franchisees for the ideas to help us grow and evolve we also do not expect franchisees to take the risk of new ideas, systems and procedures.
We have developed an extensive library of proven promotions and marketing ideas. We also have a library of ideas that have been less successful. Our field support team as well as our advertising agency is available to discuss your ideas, help you develop your plans and guide you through the execution. Our philosophy is not to do for franchisees but to guide them so that they can continue to do in the future.
