Salary Range: $8.25/hr. (Review after 3 months)
Description: The Counter Staff at DRUXY'S are the key employees in the interaction and presentation of DRUXY'S to the public. Each Counter Staff is responsible to provide efficient, effective and friendly service to each customer and maintain DRUXY'S high standards of product and service quality.
Counter Staff will:
- Be available to work 10 minutes before his/her shift begins in a correct, clean and properly pressed uniform.
- Ensure that the section of the counter and restaurant which s/he is responsible for is set up in accordance with corporate policy.
- Take food and beverage orders from all customers in the prescribed manner.
- Serve all food and beverages in the prescribed manner.
- Provide fast, efficient, courteous service.
- Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the DRUXY'S Operations Manual and as directed by his/her manager.
- Follow all the sanitation and hygiene procedures as set out in the DRUXY'S Operations Manual.
- Keep his/her station clean, neat and fully stocked at all times.
